Why your depositing addresses of BTC and ETH wallets on Waves DEX has changed
Waves is changing the gateway provider and moving from Coinomat. The addresses at the mobile app will be updated soon. Don’t worry. You can still receive tokens to your old address. Your funds are safe.
To check the new ones, enter your account at the desktop or web version of the exchange, then click on Wallet > Dashboard, go to BTC or ETH pinned boxes and click on Receive (see the image below) to see the new addresses.
In the event that, in the past, you have shared your depositing addresses of BTC and ETH wallets on Waves DEX to receive payments, we strongly advise you to copy and share the new addresses with your customers and friends. This to avoid receiving payments on obsolete addresses.
